Star Foundation
offers three convenient ways for you to purchase a Name a Star Package or
related product.
You may order online through our secure shopping cart by clicking on the
links above, mail or fax (instructions below) or through our
1-800 telephone number 24 hours a day listed on our contact us page.
All
orders will ship within 24 hours from the time the order was received. Orders
received on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will ship on the following Monday.
Please make sure
your custom Star Certificate is spelled correctly. The fee for any changes
after your order has been submitted is $15.00. To go about requesting
those changes you must send an e-mail to:
info@starfoundation.net and in the e-mail please include your
order # and all changes requested.
For Standard
delivery,
please allow 3-5 business days for order fulfillment and shipping of your
Star Naming Package. Express is
usually overnight service,
unless the final destination is too far from a major US Postal Hub. In this
case, it will take 2-3 days to arrive. Please allow 8-10 business days for International
order fulfillment and
shipping. Orders are fulfilled only when payment is received.
